According to the discussion of Harvey, Li, and Wintersberger (2023), there are different leadership theories followed and managed in fitness training. All the leadership theory helps in showing the variation of qualities and skills (Pelters, 2024). I have blindly followed Midranking leadership practices in my professional journey. Those helped in promoting active communication and teamwork management. Hence, it becomes easy to promote the qualities and behaviour of the client in their life (Komninos, 2023). So taht, they can feel comfortable and positive about their body.

Problem Solving Abilities
With the help of my problem-solving abilities, it becomes easy to make a comfortable bond with the clients (Pelters, 2024). I have effectively tackled 45-55% of the problems of the clients in their fitness journey. Additionally, 62-65% high ranking leadership practices has been also followed in the fitness industry of the UK. It helps in resolving the conflicts and taking perspectives of the different gym trainer. So that, suitable guidelines and instructions can be given to the clients (Abson, 2021).

Multitasking enables me to effectively manage several things at once when organizing and running an event. It entails managing a number of duties, organizing logistics, and guaranteeing flawless execution all while paying close attention to detail. Multitasking helps in manage various aspects of event leadership, such as decision-making and communication, resource allocation, and problem-solving( Abson 2021).
